TEAM MANAGEMENT NOT working in player career mode!! Help!!!

As my title states, IT is my problem & FIXING the bug is the answer. If anyone is experiencing this, please respond with your experiences & solutions if it worked for you. I play on ps5pro. There’s a lot of peeps experiencing this & substitution issues because while I’ve been trying to solve this bug issue on my “Indiana Jones Endless Adventures” I’ve seen to many posts about these same issues  

TO EA: I will not be playing this game until this is fixed. It’s always an ordeal with crazy 💩 like this, & I didn’t even mention the substitution issues that make you fly over the cuckoo’s nest.
