Technical Login Issue on FC Mobile account. "Sorry, Login Failed " Error.
Dear EA Sports FC Mobile Support Team and Community, members
Honourabaly I am writing to report a persistent login failure on my FC Mobile game account. I am currently unable to access my account, which prevents me from playing.
Unfortunately I have facing this login failing issue on my Guest Account. Please, Find a way to get access back to my account by all the possible actions from EA fcmobile supporting team As soon as possible. Technical Details Below:
Account ID : unknown and can't accessible since game isn't loging in.
In-Game Username : Ghòst.Nóva
Operating System: Android 13
Login Method: Guest Account
Error Message: Sorry "Login Failed." [Error Code 0x...]
Steps Taken So Far:
• Restarted device
• Checked for game updates in the App Store/Google Play
• Switched between Wi-Fi and mobile data
