PS5 - Unable to Connect to EA Servers (Everything Else Works)

Hi everyone,

I’m hoping someone has experienced this before because I’m completely out of ideas.

I’m playing EA SPORTS FC 26 on a PS5 Digital Edition, and suddenly I can no longer connect to EA servers. I can launch the game and reach the main menu, but every online mode (Ultimate Team, Clubs, Seasons, etc.) says I’m unable to connect to EA servers.

The strange part is:

• PlayStation Network works perfectly.
• I can join PS5 parties.
• Every other online game works.
• EA Companion App works on my phone.
• NAT Type 2.
• The issue happens on both Wi-Fi and Ethernet.
• I even tried using my phone’s hotspot with the same result.
• I signed into my brother’s PSN account on my PS5, and he also couldn’t connect to EA servers.

I’ve already tried:

• Restarting the PS5.
• Restarting the router.
• Changing DNS.
• Restoring licenses.
• Restoring PS5 default settings.
• Repairing console storage.
• Completely deleting and reinstalling FC 26.

This all started after FC 26 crashed with CE-108255-1, although I’ve had random days since the game launched where FC couldn’t connect while every other game worked.

Has anyone had this exact issue?

If so:

• What caused it?
• How did you fix it?
• Did you need to reset your PS5, or was there another solution?

I’d really appreciate any advice because I’ve exhausted almost every troubleshooting step I can think of.
