Terrible performance issues

I am sick and tired of getting constant unplayable gameplay 90 percent of the time and on a good day the game has 0 issues. I have had this game since the release date and havent been able to play it normally 90 percent of the time. RTX 3050 I5 11400h 16gb ram. Everything on low even tried 720p and most of the time the game is unplayable and just randomly gets fixed by itself.
