The base game (pre ordered) is not installing

I have the ea play trial version and I have the pre order the issue is that the game is launching as the trial not the ultimate edition (base game ) I’ve deleted the game and reinstalled it but the issue remains when the game is installed its installed as the trial (45GB) and not the whole game which is (63GB) I am on xbox one s
