The game and the computer froze together.
Your stupid game freezes, and the computer freezes with it after launching and accessing the main menu. This doesn't happen with other games. It's a terrible game, full of problems. I won't buy it next year.

Tech issues can be frustrating. Let's try some troubleshooting steps to see if we can get you playing.
- Download and install all available Windows Updates
- Turn off the EA app overlay via the three bar menu at top left, Settings, Application, In-game overlay
- Clear the EA app cache
- In the EA app, click on the game and then Manage, Repair
- Make sure your display is connected to your GPU and not the motherboard video output
- Run System File Checker to help ensure the integrity of your Windows System files
- Perform a clean boot before starting
Check that your PC also meets the following System Requirements:
- Minimum (720p, 60 FPS gameplay, Low preset)
- OS: Windows 10/11 (64-bit, latest update)
- CPU: Intel Core i5-6600k or AMD Ryzen 5 1600
- Memory: 8 GB RAM
- GPU: NVIDIA GTX 1050 Ti or AMD RX 570 (4 GB VRAM)
- Storage: 100 GB
- DirectX: Version 12
- Network: Broadband Internet connection
