The game crashes every time
Hello,
I’m having a serious issue with EA Sports FC 26 on PC (Steam version).
The game opens, shows the EA and FC logos, then closes by itself right before I can choose any game mode. It doesn’t show any error message — it just shuts down every time.
Here’s what I already tried:
• Verified the game files on Steam (3 files were re-downloaded).
• Updated my GPU drivers.
• Tried both “-dx11” and “-windowed” launch options.
• Deleted the settings folder from Documents.
• Ran both Steam and the game as administrator.
None of these steps fixed the problem. The game still closes right after launch.
Please help me figure out what’s causing this crash or guide me on how to send you the crash logs.
