The game does not launch

My game has stopped launching. I tried starting it through Steam, through the EA App, and even through the Nvidia application, but a “preparing your game” message appears and nothing happens after that.

What’s strange is that there are my friends’ accounts on the same laptop, and the game launches from their accounts, but it has stopped working on mine.

Also, the companion app has stopped opening
