PC EA app - Failed To Launch Game Try Again Later

Been trying for since 1pm, first it was the original issue and now I've spent 40 minutes seeing "Failed to launch" every time I try to play.

Tried repairing, launching from folder, run as admin, deleted licence folder.

Ea this must be some joke?

what worked for me was disabling a codec I had, rebooting my PC, and I was able to get into the game. 

• Turned off all antivirus
• Uninstalled and reinstalled Antivirus
• Launched trial version
• Cleared App cache

Still same error, and EA report issue is fixed lol

how u do that

I went into my show hidden icons, right clicked on the codec being used, disabled it, rebooted my PC and was really surprised that i got in.
