the game suddenly shuts down

it happened 2 two times (a match in rivals and a match in draft) in 3 hours . 

while I am playing a match then the game shuts down without any error messages and the EA app appears (all alone) and when I reopen the game , I have already lost the match I was in . 

and when I tried the missing tool to get the draft token back , it gave me nothing .
