The server crashes every 10 minutes.

I can't play anymore. I can't stay connected for more than 10 minutes on UT. It disconnects all the time. I've already spoken to my internet provider. They've tried everything and the problem isn't my connection, because all the other devices in the house are still connected. I've already lost countless matches in Rivals and Champions. You need to fix this. I play on PS5 in Brazil.
