The verification of my ea account

It pops up a white screen saying sending an email to an old email of mine which I first started using back in like 2018-19 then got logged out of that email and can’t access it again so it won’t let me log out cause of that how do I fix this without making a whole new account which it’s not letting me do I just want my personal account back but can’t cause it won’t let me change the email on the account even If I can log into my old email the verification numbers and emails for that are all old ones so can’t get access to that email so help
