Trial issue

I downloaded the free trial a couple of days ago but since then I have purchased the full game but it still has the pop us message "Enjoy you 10 hr Trial " and won't allow me to do anything at all the only option it gives me is to upgrade but I did and won't allow me to do anything.

    If you check your Xbox gaming history does it show haw many hours you have played?

    Hey​EA_Darko​ are we going to get a fix to this issue or are we going to keep on suggesting obvious non fixes and pretend that we are daft? I know how troubleshooting works but you and I both know that OPs trial has not run out and that there has been an issue for 5, going on nearly 6 days regarding Xbox ultimate edition and ea play trial not working.

    are we even going to address it , or keep on deleting forum posts with 100s of replies with the exact same issues.

    not being rude, just calling a spade a spade. 
    your higher ups have handled this issue extremely poorly. Even if it is on Microsoft’s side and you guys aren’t at fault which might be the case, just be transparent and tell the community.  Silence for days.

    having the exact same issue already reported this on a separate thread that now looks like its been deleted its been 5 days going on to 6 this just makes the purpose of pre ordering useless EA_Darko​
