This game keeps denying me to play

The problems started a few weeks ago (most likely 2) and they started by having the anti-cheat loading too long. Then it was followed by a multitude of a crash everytime the game was starting, be it while loading up or after a few minutes. Today, I decided to reinstall it to see if would solve something. It did, in fact, solve nothing. The photos represent what errors I got after I tried opening the game after I reinstalled it. Frustrated as I was, I reinstalled it in other directory. Now, this new error disappeared and the game returned to the old errors. What should I even do? I paid 120 $ for EA Play Pro. Wasted money at this point.

Specs: i7 13th Gen Laptop CPU, RTX 4060, 32 GB RAM, plenty of space.
Platform: EA Play
No error message for the old crash. By the way, the game remains open as a task and cannot be closed.
