Timestamp shows card should’ve been promo but was gold

Hi all,

I packed a cr7 yesterday after cornerstones promo. I was given a gold card that is now glitched and stuck in my dupe storage.

spoke with ea help who confirmed time stamp was within the promotion.

i was told to post in here in case anyone else had this issue/any moderators who can help me get card corrected.

oh yeah did I mention it would’ve been a cornerstones cr7 :’(
