I am experiencing a problem in EA SPORTS FC Mobile while playing Head to Head (H2H) matches.

Recently, I have been disconnected from matches because of cheaters, and as a result, I lose the Stars I’ve earned. Despite having 34 wins, my profile only shows 1 Champion FC Star, which seems incorrect.

Please check my account and restore my lost Stars and rewards.
