TOTY Edition missing points and packs Playstation 5

Almost two weeks ago i bought the EA FC 26 TOTY edition through the PS store on PS5. This edition should come with 5000 EA FC Points and some packs. I never received the points or the packs. I tried contacting PS and EA supoort.

Does anyone know how to fix this?

Are not fc points but 5000 point for the pass

the game is buggy for months, fps bugs and input delay, can't even play anything online and no devs try to even help fix the issue, give us our money back.. maybe we should take legal action on EA
