Transfer ban (PLEASE READ FULLY)
Hi there, it’s been 2 days since my market ban, I’m tired of hearing people saying to dispute it when it’s literally 95% of the time a bot giving me 1 of 5 generic replies but I still did it and no reply of course. I’m friends with Fut Accountant and he’s told me to leave feed back, I want to request a DSAR and want a REAL PERSON to look into the issue, otherwise I am thinking of taking legal action as I’ve spent too much money on points and the game itself, I’ve already been in contact with my lawyer about this. Why have I been transfer banned for my coins going from 2m to 200k from what I believe a hacker has done? I don’t even care about the coins now I just want my market access back.

I have been playing FC for years and spent thousands in the process but what’s happened has made me think this is my last time playing it. Throughout the year I have been grinding to gain my coins, by watching Nate and others.
I woke up to EA sending me security codes and a password change, I thought nothing of it until I logged into the game to see my 2million become 180k. On top of this I have been market banned, I was in total confusion. If you investigate my account you can see I have lost almost all my coins and have no tradable players, so it would make 0 sense to how I would have coin transferred to benefit my account. I also saw an unauthorised login from London which I quickly untrusted.
As a huge spender and football fan with such a great promo coming up it’s sad that I won’t be able to play this game and maybe it’s my last cycle for good. I have contacted 2 days ago with no reply and I believe a bot will just send me the standard automated message saying they investigated my account but in reality no one actually has, I really hope someone higher up who works at EA sees this and can do something, even getting a real person to investigate would be helpful. I’m at the point on where I don’t even care about my 2 million coins I’ve lost, you can even coin wipe my last 200k if you want, I just want my market access back or the game is done to me.
