Transfer Lock Problem

I’ce purchased FC games every year since 2029. In previous years, I played on PC and my EA account email adress was mailto:[edit: email address removed] . Since this year I’ve berb using it on PS5. My current email adress is mailto:[edit: email address removed] Even though I’ve completed all the infrastructure tasks in the game, the transfer lock hasn’t bern unlocked.
