Transfer market and Icons

Hello all you fellow FC players.

Its the first time ive ever owned an early access FC game. Ive not received the Icons pack but got everything else.....

Also i did the objections that were needed to unlock market place, i tried going into it and i get a message saying "you have reach your limit today, come back in 6 hours"

How can this be when ive not even been in it?

Any advice would be good. Thanks.
