Transfer Market Appeal Stuck on “Waiting on Studio” – Unable to Progress Case
Hi,
I am posting here in the hope that someone may be able to advise or help regarding an ongoing transfer market sanction appeal on my account.
The appeal has now been ongoing for over two weeks and the case status remains on “Waiting on Studio.” During this time, I have contacted support multiple times and followed all guidance provided.
I have been advised at different points to:
- wait for the review,
- try again in a few hours,
- and submit a new appeal.
However, I am unable to submit a new appeal while the existing case remains active, and I also cannot respond directly to the original appeal case itself.
As a result, I currently appear to be stuck in a loop where I am following support guidance but have no functioning route to progress or update the case further.
I understand that Terms of Service reviews can take time, however I would greatly appreciate any clarification on the correct process in this situation or whether the case can be looked into further.
