I fixed this last night by going to the main menu, shutting the game down, then turning off the Xbox, making sure I wasn’t logged in at all. You can check this using the app on the web or phone—if it lets you onto the web, just sign out. Then wait 24 hours, and it should work. That’s what worked for me, so hopefully it will for you too.
