Transfer Market is locked despite playing sufficiently.

Its been 2 months I started playing FC26. I have weekly avg of 10.5 hours on my playtime screen. I don't have any bans or cases against my account. Its the only UT account I have on PS. I completed all foundation objectives back in March itself. However, in my web and companion app, the transfer market is still locked. What else do I need to do? I have done. everything right. Will it ever lock or I will have to live without this feature? Strange as it didn't happen in FC24. Please suggest what can I do as I see you have shut the 'Chat with advisor' feature and I have no idea whats happening with this mode. Being a travelling employee and doing SBCs while I am on the go is so troublesome because of this.
