Transfer market issue

I’ve purchased Luka Modric FUT birthday card for 179,000 coins, however he is not showing up in my transfer targets as expired, as active, as watched and not in my club as well. his nowhere to be found the same with my money I just used to buy this stupid card. This game is so bugged and broken, EA constantly brings out patch notes but never for the server nor these things that also matters. Such an inconvenience and disappointment, I regret buying this game now because all it does is waste my money.
