Transfer Market locked despite completed requirements (Switch 2)
Dear EA Support,
Thank you for your reply.
I have already played more than 50 Matches on different days, completed all Foundation and Objectives, and Playtime tracking is enabled.
My Playtime data has not updated for over a week, and the Companion App still shows 0 hours.
This indicates a bug with account data synchronization, not missing gameplay time.
Please escalate this case to the Technical Team for manual verification or correction.
I can provide screenshots of all completed objectives and of the Playtime screen showing 0 hours.
