Transfer market not unlocking after finishing the objectives and waiting.

All objectives completed and rewards claimed but still cant access the market? 

I have the same problem and cant seem to find a fix. I talked to the support on EA and they reported it as a bug. They are currently working on a fix but there seems to be no solution right now. I attached the transcript to this discussion if anyone wants to read it.
