Transfer market server not reachable

Contacted EA, no help at all!
Agents conclusion 1: re-install the game and clear cache (I did it but no help (duh).
Consulsion 2: You need to do your objective --> i cant bid or sell item, then how can i complete it!?
Conclusion 3: You need to play the game and don't forfeit to unlock it --> I've played for 2 weeks and have less then 2% forfeit..
