Transfer market still not open on the web app after a month of playing

so i created a new account in october to play the game even more and play fut champs twice a week to get better at the game and i still don't have market access on the web app on the new account even though i've been playing daily for an hour a day or so ever since i created the account.

I've contacted support and an agent told me that the account will gain access to the market on the device first then after that a message will show in-game about the market and it's rules then i will gain access to the market on the web app, i've gotten the message, and before that i have gotten access to the market on my playstation, but the web app to this day still doesn't have market access, i have been playing various modes and have completed all the basic objectives and still no market access till now
