Lag\Slow motion\Stuttering

Question

I have a PC with Intel i5-Gen 10 , 32 gb of ddram , 1tb SSD , the GPU is Nvidia GeForce Gigabyte RTX 3060 16GB OC , the Display is an Samsung Odyssey G4 240 HZ and the GPU Temp. never goes over 70 degrees Celsius ... but it feels like all the game is in Slow motion , it has lag , Stuttering ... i tried al kind of changes , even from Bios ... but no effect , I overclocked my GPU as well , same thing ... small improvements only . I could really use some help here ...&nbsp;

For two months we have been suffering from this nightmareI don't know if it's due to a bad server or the developers' poor skills.

I don't know if I can blame the server .... because it happens the same thing when I play Squad Battles .... the lag\slow motion \ stuttering differs if I play on a UT stadium or on an Official Stadium ... on the Official one is more smooth , both online or offline match , the FPS are set on unlimited but they jump up and down like crazy ... it does not matter if all the specs are at ultra...full...medium or low that is why I am trying to find the root of this issue..... I lost a tone of games because for sure the other player had a smooth experience .... and I write this from Romania , a country with the 2nd or 3rd fastest internet connection\speed in the world&nbsp;

I'm certain that if all the developers were laid off and more experienced developers came in, the game would be fixed.

It's this horrible game, for some reason this is the only game I lag on and everything just feels horrible. But they won't do nothing to fix it.&nbsp;
