Transfer market

So I unlocked My transfer market but still won’t allow me access it’s saying I have reached my bid/buy limit please return in 24 hours and that’s been the same since I brought the game 2 weeks ago contacted ea 4 times and just told it’s a new feature to prevent botting lol but haven’t been able to sell any or buy any players for them to know weather I’m botting
