Transfer target not loading

Hi, I have been trying to get access to my bids in my transfer target since last Friday (8/May), when I tried to get a Tolisso Tots (which I believe that I won the bid because the coins were deducted), however, it does not matter the platform that I try (iPhone app, PS5, webapp), the target transfer always does not loads. I tried again today, doing some bids in rare gold players, the coins were deducted again because I won some bids, but I still don't have access to the transfer target. Look, I just imagine if I were a competitive player trying to grab a 1kk player that I won a bid to play weekend league... 

Could you kindly help me on this one and improve my game experience because it is currently terrible with this awful transfer market?
