transfermarket freeze

 I have an issue with my FIFA Ultimate Team account,  The problem is that when I first downloaded the game and completed the objectives, the transfer market opened up for me. After it opened, I waited for about one day, just waiting for the time to pass so I could buy and sell players, and everything was fine. But then, suddenly, the timer stopped decreasing, and the 24-hour countdown stayed the same, and the transfer market remained frozen for two days and wouldn’t open. I contacted support, and the first time they helped me, and they fix the issue within two hours, and it was fine. But after two days, the same problem came back: the transfer market stayed closed, and it showed that I had to wait 24 hours again, or if I tried to enter the transfer target, it would give me an error saying, “There’s an issue with Ultimate Team right now, please try again later.” This problem has been going on for more than eight days, and every time I contact support, they just tell me to wait, to keep waiting. I’ve been waiting for over eight days now, and my players’ values are decreasing, and yes i have tried the web app and the same problem , so I feel like I need some compensation and for the problem to be resolved. Is there anyone else experiencing the same issue?
