Trouble redeeming rewards from Season Pass

Hi,

I can't claim certain premium tiers from the pass, even though a restart helped with the minus amount of points on some tiers, others still remain. Also, when I tried to select my Journey 2 ATK I got a Journey 2 DEF instead.

This has got to be rectified.

Solutions? Ciao
