twitch drop objectif not completed

i did watch the twitch stream yesterday for more than 60 min and i did claim the 2 rewards but when i open the web app today i didnt get the rewards and the objectif in FC pro section is not complited both of them my ea account is linked to twitch since fc 24 didnt face any probleme before but it start today
