Ultimate edition, no season pass premium

Hi. I bought the ultimate edition of fc26, got the points but not the season pass premium.

Ive tried logging out and back in, restarting console etc but still not showing. Have contacted EA a week ago regarding this and theh haven't even responded to my issue

The season pass was a pre-order bonus. When did you buy FC 26 exactly>
