Ultimate Gauntlet 18 problem
Hello EA Support,
I am experiencing a persistent connection issue in FC 26 Ultimate Team that is affecting my progress in the Ultimate Gauntlet (18-game tournament).
Here is what happened:
- Game 1: I quit
- Games 2 and 3: Completed normally
- After Game 4: I was disconnected with the error message "Connecting to Ultimate Team is not possible at the moment. You will now be returned to the Main Menu."
- I also received a "We cannot process your request" error during this time.
Troubleshooting steps I have already tried:
- Full reinstall of FC 26
- Router reset
- Xbox Series X full reset
- None of these resolved the issue.
The disconnect happened on the EA side, not due to any action on my part. My tournament progress was lost as a result. I would like to request either a replacement entry into the Ultimate Gauntlet or compensation for the lost progress.
