Dear EA Sports Customer Support Team,
I am writing to formally report a critical technical bug within the Ultimate Team (UT) Objectives section of EA SPORTS FC 26 that is preventing me from receiving earned rewards and progressing in the game.
Details of the Technical Issue
The core problem is that the objective tracker is not correctly registering completed challenges, despite me fulfilling all the specified requirements. My time and effort spent on these challenges are currently being wasted.

- Game Mode: Ultimate Team (Objectives)
- Platform: PlayStation 5
- Specific Objective Affected: "Path to Pro - Diving In," and "Weekly Challenge: Cornerstone Exhibition"
- Requirement Completed: it doesn’t register on the system
Consequence: The requirement has been met, but the objective counter is stuck on [e.g., 0/4, or an incorrect number, and I am being blocked from claiming the reward.
I have already tried restarting the game and playing additional matches, but the counter remains unchanged.
