Ultimate Team - Team Management Bug PC steam

During rivals and Fut Champion games, i am unable to enter team management to make subs etc

in Fut Champion i cant do anything From the beginning of the game 9 weeks i cant enter team management to make subs 

in Rivals sometime work if i     ALT+TAB  sometimes not working plz i need a fix i try so manything so many nothing work I uninstall and delete everything not working I delete all squad in Settings its not working i delete squad Tactics i try so manything nothing work plz help
