Ultimate team Celebration

I have found now that since the start of the game I packed over 20 celebrations and I like to build them in my club and change them from time to time. However since the first one I packed (rock on) and equipped . Every other celebration seems to disappear once sent to the club. 

altough moments later I find out I have an unassigned item to claim. This then proceeds to be a duplicate (rock on) which I can quick sell. I then packed a celebration called (Run) and I decided upon packing to activate it through the unassigned items. This then kept it assigned however after I played a game and then went off. Upon loading the game back up this has disappeared. 

it’s very frustrating as I don’t want to have the same club celebration. Is there any knowledge of this?
