Ultimate team menus

Ultimate team menus aren’t loading, constantly crashing have to restart the game every 30 seconds - impossible to play

Hi there. Sorry you’re dealing with that. Can you share a few more details so we can narrow it down?

Which platform are you on, and does this only happen in Ultimate Team menus or also during matches? Does it happen in a specific section of UT, and are you seeing any error message before the game crashes? Also, when did this start, and have you already tried any troubleshooting such as restarting the game or console/PC?
