Ultimate team objectives not tracking

I’ve been trying to contact EA about this issue since last season, and they keep just closing my case and saying it’s the Asia/Oceania bug, despite telling them many times that it’s every objective apart from milestones that hasn’t been tracking. They said the issue was resolved and the content was added to my account, but all I got was a Tim Cahill loan card lol.

I play on PS5, and with the timing of all the FOF content, EVO’s etc coming out, I haven’t been able to get anything. I’ve played squad battles and done objectives with friends, and they were getting 9+ objectives completed after every other match, and I haven’t got the slightest clue which ones I’ve completed or not, because there’s no progress tracking. I know I should have completed the Saudi objectives, and South America objectives, but none of them are recorded. There’s also so many objectives that you just get organically without even trying, that I haven’t received. I was planning to try and get the Maradonna card, but it’s impossible because I don’t know what I’m missing.

I also have completed the Crafting Upgrade SBC well over 200x at this point, and it’s still at 0/100 completed. Every campaign, seasonal, live, and journey of nations objective is missing progression.

definitely frustrated with EA over this whole mess, and not sure where to go from here, but I’d like all the materials I’ve been missing out on for the past month. With the new update and season I thought it might get resolved, but I’ve logged in yesterday and nothing is progressing still, except milestones.
