Ultimate Team

everytime i load fifa its a 50/50 wether the game will let me on ultimate team i keep getting the arrow in the bottom as if its trying to load but never actually loads. my menus are really slow if i can get on and if i click on anything it’s another 50/50 wether it loads or not. any other game is fine but this one. i’ve tried deleting redownloading, tried clearing the cache on playstation even rebuilding database. tried changing settings everything. if anyone else has a similar problem or has had it and fixed it could you please help cos i’m genuinely stuck takes me 40 minutes to get on the game. seriously considering giving up on it and just playing something else.  as seen in the photo i just get the loading screen and it just never puts me in.
