Unable to access entry for the rttf competitors cup

i have an issue about the fc26 rttf league event. There were several games that was disconnected for no reason when i just entered the game. I’m pretty sure it was not an internet issue of mine and now because of this I have no more entries for the league.  I used all 14 entries but due to this bug, it said I only played 9 and now I am not qualified for the rttf competitor cup. Please fixed this for me please thanks.
