Unable to access pro clubs and not season pass isn’t working

Hi ea I am writing to say that I have had an issue over the past couple days were when trying to load into pro clubs I am met with the message of “unable to connect to the EA servers.Please check your internet connection and try again” upon checking the stability of my internet that doesn’t seem to be the problem.i have also faced the problem of not receiving any form of xp towards the season pass and I am unable to access that page I am hoping this is a problem that can be fixed thanks will.
