Unable to add player to Active Squad
Hi team,
I am writing to report an issue concerning a newly acquired player card. I recently obtained the Joga Bonito De Jong player card via the mobile app but it is not addible to the squad. This occurred during the known server maintenance period so it might be the reason behind.
- The card correctly appears in my My Club Players inventory.
- However, I am unable to add this player to my Active Squad.
- The 'Send to Active Squad' function is not working for this specific card.
- When attempting to add him directly from the Active Squad screen, De Jong does not appear as a selectable player from my inventory.
Given the high value and excitement associated with this specific player card, I am currently unable to enjoy the full gameplay experience.
Could you please investigate and resolve this issue so that I can utilize Joga Bonito De Jong in my active squad?
