Unable to check Inbox while in game

ive never had this issue but ever since the past 2-3 months I have this issue where my inbox doesnt load when we press R2

also, i was always able to send quick messages but now i cant send as everytime i try to send a quick message it shows error message saying CANT SEND MESSAGE. TRY AGAIN LATER.

this issue only started 2-3 months ago.. never had any such issue before

inbox issue also there as shown in the screenshot

any solutions?
