Unable to claim evo - cant open packs

so I've had this for maybe about a week not sure. but I have an evoloution in my unassigned that when i click the x button to claim. kicks me out of the game "There was a problem connecting to the Football Ultimate Team servers. Please try again later." please someone help me I've tried going on the webapp and reinstalling and everything
