Unable to connect FUT online ea server issue

I am not able to play FUT online as it is not connecting to EA server online xbox one x. Please assist or investigate. Web app and Companion is fine no issue can't play online on console.

same here... keep getting the "You have lost your online connection" message but verified all sources and everything works as it should.
