Unable to connect to EA FC 26 servers!!!

On April 5th, I ran into an issue where I couldn’t stay connected to EA servers in EA FC 26. I’ve tried every possible troubleshooting method, and nothing has worked. Because of this, I have missed almost the entire Trophy Titans Team 1 promo, countless Evolutions, many objectives, my division rival's points/rewards, and I wasn't able to play FUT champs at all. Many others and I have already missed a significant amount of content, and at this point, it looks like we’re on track to miss the Trophy Titans Team 2 promo as well. You would expect a multi-billion-dollar company to resolve an issue like this in a timely manner, or at the very least provide an update. Instead, there has been no communication, no acknowledgment, and no indication that this issue is even being addressed. This situation is unacceptable. At the very least, affected players should receive compensation, such as extensions on evolutions, objectives, and tournaments! Please fix the **bleep** issue I'm losing my mind. 😁
