Unable to connect to ea server

Hi, im having trouble connecting to ea server. i've tried everything, cleared cache, changed my dns, even tried connecting thru my phones internet to see if the trouble is my internet. i've reinstalled both eafc 26 and the ea app. 

problem have been going on about a week, one out of 5 times i am able to connect normally and play normally. please help.
